Jade, Jacob, Bernie and myself in front of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
The last few days have been wonderful. We had an easy ride from Geneva to Cleveland. I marveled at the incredible old mansions and modern homes that lined the lake shore. I rode with a variety of people and that always makes the day seem to go a little faster. Riding through Cleveland was scenic and the many bike lanes and paths made it safe. There were many pluses on this day but the number one plus was seeing my good friends Deann and Dan.
Dan and Deann
I can’t thank them enough for their kindness, generosity and support. They drove over three hours from Yellow Springs, OH to provide the team with dinner, drinks and power food for the days ahead. Our team has eaten very well lately because of caring people like Deann, Dan, Cherie and Danny.

I also got to spend time with Cindy and my daughter, Maura. We had a delicious meal at the Flats and I actually felt like I was on vacation. Cleveland has been an awesome rest stop.
I love my new Hungarian Ex-Cycled biking jersey
Today we had another easy, but hot ride to Huron, OH. The temperature by the time we arrived was about 94. I’m lucky and love biking in the heat. Tonight we’re staying in St. Peter’s Catholic Church. A great meal was prepared by Mike a local chef who will be riding the Pacific Coast with Bike the US for MS in August. People are kind.
